Personal Data

Personal data is information about the personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes information such as your name, address, telephone number, and date of birth. Information that is not directly linked to your true identity – such as favorite websites or the number of users of a site – is not personal data.
Collection and Processing of Personal Data

When you visit our website, our web servers temporarily store the connection data of the requesting computer, the web pages you visit, the date and duration of your visit, the identification data of the browser and operating system type used, and the website from which you visit us for system security purposes. Further personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, or email address will not be collected unless you provide this information voluntarily, e.g., as part of a newsletter registration or information request.
Use and Sharing of Personal Data

We use the personal data you provide exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your wishes and requirements, i.e., generally to answer your inquiries or to send you our newsletter.
Your personal data will not be shared, sold, or otherwise transferred to third parties unless this is necessary for the purpose of contract execution or you have expressly consented.
Security

We take all necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from loss and misuse. Your data is stored in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to the public. In certain cases, your personal data is encrypted during transmission using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This means that communication between your computer and our servers takes place using a recognized encryption method if your browser supports SSL.

As this notice is subject to current legal regulations, we reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy accordingly in the future. We recommend that you read this Privacy Policy regularly to stay informed about the protection of the data we collect. By continuing to use this website or by maintaining a business relationship, you agree to these privacy policies and their current status.

**Server Data**

For technical reasons, in particular to ensure a secure and stable website, data is transmitted via your internet browser to us or our web space provider. These so-called server log files record, among other things, the type and version of your internet browser, the operating system, the website from which you accessed our website (feldenkraistraining.eu), the website(s) of our website that you visit, the date and time of each access, and the IP address of the internet connection from which you access our website.
These data collected in this way are temporarily stored, but not together with other data about you.
This storage is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality, and security of our website.
The data will be deleted after 14 days at the latest, unless further retention is required for evidentiary purposes. Otherwise, the data will be exempt from deletion in whole or in part until the incident has been finally resolved.

**Contact Inquiries / Contact Options**

If you contact us via contact form or email, you have to provide: name, country, email address, telephone number (optional). This data will be used to process your inquiry. Providing this data is necessary to process and answer your inquiry – without it, we cannot answer your inquiry or can only answer it to a limited extent.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Your data will be deleted once your inquiry has been conclusively answered and there are no legal retention periods that prevent deletion, such as in the case of a subsequent contract processing. Further data you provide optionally will also be processed to answer your inquiry, but please note that we only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the respective purposes.
